What is my greatest fear?
The thought I can't seem to shake?
It's not about spiders, snakes or peers.
The things that, at night, keep me awake;
Are the little grey men that I know are alive,
Maybe not here, maybe not now, but somewhere.
The real question is, when are they going to arrive?
People say foolish is my despair,
Aliens aren't real. You're silly.
Why would they be unreal?
We are. I truly disagree.
One day, everyone will know, the truth will reveal.
I hope that when that time comes, I'm dead.
I don't want to live to see that frightful day
The one day _ _ I do dread.
I truly fear those men of grey,
Terrified since I was a child.
Idea of their existence
Not ________ Wild

Author notes
Truly my greatest fear.
I don't know why.
I don't understand why people think they're fake though, if this planet has life.
There are 300 billion stars in our galaxy alone, many with planets orbiting them. And there are countless other galaxies with billions of stars. So what's the chance that we're alone? SLIM TO NONE I think. And it scares the crap out of me.

hmmm...well it's true that there are billions of stars and galaxies and it's because of this very fact that aliens will never be able to come to our planet. You see even if they traveled at the speed of light (the fastest speed in the universe) it would take millions of years to reach any form of planet inhabited by life.
Reality is there probably are aliens out there, but they are so far away that it's literally impossible for them to ever get to earth!
Apart from that I liked how you incorporated the picture, made the point of the poem very clear and immediate. You might want to change the deer in the third line, because who has ever heard of a fear of deer? don't write something simply to make it rhyme with another word!
Good Luck!

Interesting. Very interesting.
I love that you incorporated your text to depict
a physical picture. Very unique.
And your fear, very unique as well.
I like it a lot.
Your rhyming seems really forced.
But very nice.
Thank you very much for your participation.
God bless. -

Oh, I don't know they're grey, but they're called 'greys' sometimes and they always seem to be a greyish or really pale green in like movies and stuff, so I just kinda winged it. Haha.

I never heard of anyone being afaird alienss before. Well, expect the kind in Indepence Day. You really capture the fear here and I love how you do the form of the poem shaped like alien's face.

I know, it's weird. Ever since I was really little. They just freak me out. When I was like 13 I couldn't sleep for a week after I saw "Signs" scary crap.
Lol. Atleast I can laugh at myself for being lame.
