    This made me smile

    This morning I didn't want to get out of bed. LOL. Maybe that's why I'm smiling so much right now.

    Your haiku suits the picture perfectly(block 1) as it has the sunrise colours in it. I like the aha moment of this one a lot. For some reason, this makes me
    think that this could do very well as a tanka also. Lots of romance shines through here!

    What a lovely haiku to go with the patch you selected. It has so many meanings in it, a lovely haiku for the quilt!

    I was wondering when someone would fill the slot for #1, and what a great entry to top off this haiku-quilt!

    I really like the clever wording of this haiku--It's truly an A-HA moment come the third line. And it works so well with the quilt-block image too, which seems to have a hint of sunrise in the colors.
