Thank you for your entry into my ku contest. This is a well written haiku that described the patience that is needed to sew a quilt patch that has its own uniqueness. -
Lovely haiku! There are so many patterns, language, culture, religion, history that give color and flavor uniquely. Yet each printed on the fabric of family and home, love and hope. You have captured this beautifully! Very nicely done!

this one i like. how the one thing can signify another causing more than one mental image. the more i read, the more i read again, a different image comes to life each time. well done!

I still have not got this form down. You seem to have mastered it quite well! Great job!
Best of luck in this contest!

Thanks sunshinegirl...your comments are always appreciated! If you're interested in reading many other great haikus, maybe check out the contest this is entered in - the squares are full of talent and the quilt is awesome.

Really lovely haiku-interpretation of the quilt-square pattern, Mommy, and a lovely contribution to the haiku-quilt, too.
Thank you so much for this entry to the contest!
