It won't buy much
but put with one from each and everyone
in this great world
would make such a difference
It could provide homes, food, shelter,
clothes, shoes, schools, shops
and leave it's mark
for years to come

Wow. Never thought of a quarter in that way before. But, yes in poor countries a lot of quarters could go a long way for helping people. If only more people would come together and try their hardest to make help happen. Best of luck in the contest.

This reminded me of Pay it forward, and yes I wish we all could do this, if everyone gave one quarter to a good cause, just think of how much more wonderful our world would be!!! loved your entry, and you did a fantastic job with the prompt! best to you in the contest
