He has shined his presence
upon my soul,
felt like a wind that caresses and refreshes.
It calms in any storm,
but always is unseen
by those who have not been touched
with the eyes from the Holy Spirit.
Savior and Lord,
you willing accept
because you heart
has no more walls of doubt.
The incense of his grace
seeps into your life in numbing reality,
especially when midnight groans its fears,
until your can reach out with his arms strengthening
and embrace another as only he sees them.
Walking in the shadows of everyday ignorance,
but feeling the light of his love
always burning bright.
No longer needing to debate
what form ethereal mansions are shaped.
For your spirit sees his face shining down
with a clarity and power
each time one senses
those pillars in the sky
which are the promises of his word
holding life in his precious
forgiving hands.

A brillian meaningful last stanza - a sort of encore! There are some beautiful lines here:'with the eyes from the Holy Spirit'; 'but feeling the light of his love' and For your spirit sees his face shining down'. The title is well chosen, and it 'seeps uncovered' through your poem. A great thought you have penned here. Thank you, I shall go my way today knowing and believing that these 'pillars in the sky' are as always there for me this day, until He comes to fetch me. God bless.

A superb written poem. I find it very true that many do not see what you as a believer has seen. They have not felt his presence within their lives and sadly some never will. He lives within our mind, body and soul and becomes a part of who we are, what we do and how we do it. Oh, I shall stop. Thank you for this entry.
