Take part and feed a person
As today is world hunger day
If everyone would pass the bread
Poverty would end
If for only a day
Hungry children cannot play
Hungry men can not work that way
Hungry women are unable to nurse
Innocent babies starve
Won't you pass the bread today?

There is hunger all the world over, in every country on every continent. We can help to change that if we only have compassion for those around us who are less fortunate than us.

Great poem about helping those without food, or other necessaties. We that are blessed must always help those that are less fortunate. Everyone should find someplace to help with. I volunteer with the City Union Mission in Kansas City.
