Disorder

Friends and lovers
tales of betrayal
what shall I do?

All I've known
is this circle
and now it is
collapsing infront
of me.

My lover has a new love
but it is her addictions
my enemy is unknown
and hidden by hate
my friends are practically gone
and I waste away.

But do not cry for me
I was lost since birth
and I have wandered
endlessly for a eternal flame
can love fill this hollowness?
Can friendship really reign?
What horrors lie
in the final act?

Author notes

This is a poem that is inspired by one of my books called "Disorder"

Am I the wasting away friend? Just wondering because of my own disorders.
I also see a bit of Mab in this poem; a bit of Alice and Pierce. Lovely Eliza, as well.
Lovely write; disorders are a good topic.
