What are we here for?
Why have we come to be?
How
When
questions that are asked
questions that cannot be answered
we have not the knowledge
to explain our own existence
Yet, we have the sense to guess
We are here
for each other
we are here
to make a history and a past
we are here to anticipate the future
We are here to live in the moment.
We are here
to ask questions
and to grow

Thank you for entering my contest, and I must say I liked the flowing simplicity of this poem. I agree with these statements, and while I'm sure they could be expanded on (by others), they are definitely part of the essence of life (I believe).
Favorite Lines:
"we have not the knowledge
to explain our own existence
Yet, we have the sense to guess"
Very true, and I like the way this line humbly admits that we are not all-knowing, but at the same time expresses that mankind has that overwhelming curiosity to wonder.
"we are here
to make a history and a past
we are here to anticipate the future"
I liked this as it reminds me of Confucianism (an Ancient Chinese Philosophy, if you don't know), which says we must look to the past to make our future brighter.
Suggestions (my opinion, you don't have to listen, yadda yadda:
You might want to work on how you capitalize letters in this poem, as it seems to be done rather erratically. I think if there was a pattern there could be more meaning.
