I can't breathe right now.
I'm constricted by the black
I feel it squeezing tight around me
The darkness swarming and milling about
I can't breathe right now.
I'm dying inside this soul
I'm typing the words frantically
As if there were a gun to my head
I CAN'T breathe right now.
I feel like I'm dying.
I feel like these are my last words
Resurrected pain crowds my mind
I CANNOT BREATHE right now.
I miss you so much and
Breathing feels like blaspheme
The deepest unbeliever cannot commit
I CANNOT BREATH RIGHT NOW
I'm struggling for breath after breath
They're coming ragged, reluctant, unwilling
For anything but my death....Oh God.
I am struggling to breath right now
No one around me realizes
That I die in the corner
Of our school's auditorium.
The hood compromises my vision
The lack of smell burns my nostrils
And the hopes of seeing you today
Go up in smokes and I almost cried.
I keep taking deep slow breaths,
But I am gasping for more
After my lungs are full
And yearning for another breath
Because it's hard
I don't know if I will live another ten seconds
My life-force is fading and will is dissipating
And I don't know if I'll ever see your face again
And I'm horrified.
And I'm frightened.
And I don't know what you'll think of me once I am out of the way...
Once I am dead.

I love this.. no way to explain it... i know exactly how this feels..i cant tell you how awesome this poem is.. so true... at least now i know that im not the only one who feels like this.. i actually cried when i read this and it takes a lot for me to cry.. but i cried when i realized how close to home this actually hit... this is an awesome poem.... and i will stop going on and on now....lol.. thats unusual for me... lol.. usually you cant get me to talk.. now you cant get me to shut up...
