What lasts forever?

Happiness is euphoria
while it stays
but usually it doesn't last.
A most revered forest
will not live forever
for society feels
it must cut down
trees for commercial uses.
Nothing lasts forever,
you should enjoy these
glorious things while they last.
The beauty of life is most
precious while you have it,
but that too must end
as does most things.
Pray, that these treasured
things last long enough
for you to enjoy them, but
be prepared for their departure.
