HM - In The Moonlight - My 1st Poem - BG Ded. PimpinDelight
I see your eyes twinkle in the moonlight,
like stars in the night sky.
I see the love in your eyes,
the love you have for me and our family.
I see our children in the moonlight,
dancing around to catch the fireflies,
I see the blessings given to me.
I lay my head upon your chest now,
you lay your hand upon my brow.
I hear the love in your heart,
the love you have for me and our family.
I hear our children laughing and singing a little tune,
as they dance around in the light of the moon.
I hear the blessings given to me.
I call our children now,
they come and we hold them so.
I feel the love we so dearly hold,
the love of our family.
Our children look at us in the moonlight,
their eyes twinkle like fireflies,
dancing around in the night sky.
They sing us their little tune.
We feel the blessings given to us.
