G.S. - **The Cat**
A few days after Grandmother passed, a cat arrived upon my Grandfather's lap. Where it came from no one knows, It just appeared like a, late fall rose. My Grandfather wasn't fond of this white and black cat. But how convenient it appeared, like that. This strange stray cat took his pain away, but only for a minute or two, each day. For he chased, and shooed the cat a way, but it disobeyed his demands and back he came each day. I said, "Hey Grandfather look over there its Grandmother sitting upon her chair". It won't go away, he said "I've chased and shooed, It just wants me to give him some food." I said, "But why out of now where a white and black cat appear, while you are grieving and in despair." "She's keeping an eye on you don't you know, keeping you company, so you wont be alone."
