rejoice

Rejoice in the rain
as well as the sun.
The earth needs both;
and rain will always fall
regardless of your mood.

Rejoice in the rain,
no need to feel dumb.
To do what children do
is not so strange,
nor is it wrong.

So dance and sing,
for God gives you rain
to show your joy,
to everyone,
despite the weather.

    awsome, this reminds me of a story were, a mother told her husband god would protect him. then later that day she was shopping with her daughter, then it started to rain real hard. the child asked why weren't they gong to the car, and the mother said we'll get wet, the child said no momm you said god would protect us, the mother said when did i say that, we dad left for work this morning. Then the hole crud looked at the mother to c what she would tell her child, and she said your right i did say that and i was correct he will protect us from the rain, but if we get wet it's cause we needed a bath. Thaought i'd share UNT.

    Ahhh Willow, yes, yes, yes... God does indeed give us the rain so that we might also enjoy the sun. I also tend to think that just as earth herself needs the rain for vegetation to grow and flourish, we too need it for the same reasons. It's just that some people haven't realized that yet. That's why I have no qualms about carrying myself out there in it and soaking up all it's glorious wetness. Becoming as a child once again. Unafraid to explore and to enjoy and to revel in the wonder of it all. Thank you for entering my contest and good luck!
