Knotted up and twisted threads
Life has flown swiftly over my head
I’ve yearned and yearned for years and years
I've covered my face with a blanket to hide my tears
Live or die,
I seem to be frozen in time
Life’s overrated and filled with pain
The painted canvas is covered in rain
Don’t hush me I’ve got something to say
And I’ll suffocate if I don’t say it today
I seem to be drowning in a pool of my own blood
I fall to the ground causing a slight thud
Nothings full of glitter all perky and joyful
Except for that blade nothing is helpful
I seem to laugh out loud at your plastic face
As you open your mouth to say ‘tape your mouth shut you’re such a disgrace’
You paint all that makeup on your eyes
You seem to put off a nightmarish disguise
I love you and you hate me
With all that fame and misery
So as I mutilate my arms
You tease me with your fucking charm
Painfully in love they would all say
You’re slowly killing me everyday
Tears slowly run down my face
You’re in my space
Well this is a tribute to you honey
Hell you may think this is funny
But your lips slowly poison my mind
Your screeching voice is one of a kind
Separation from the world starts to begin
Silence is here its finally the end

Thank you for your response to "Body Bag" I thought I would return the favor. I read a few of your poems and find them all quite interesting. Some are very deep and dark and I enjoy the raw emotion, I love the line you used in this one that said "Don’t hush me I’ve got something to say And I’ll suffocate if I don’t say it today" that is soemthing I can relate too. Great job I enjoy reading your work!

This is twisted! Who has caused you to feel this way? Whoever it is I hope they realize that they are hurting you. I can easily relate to this. Sometimes I feel like the one I love hates me. I like the way you were able to pour your feelings into this one.
