Sketchy grey shade of fate
hit like tsunamic waves,
inky bloom,
olive topping,
ray of hope,
better days for sure.

beautiful imagery...definitely deserved bronze!

I feel like this built right from the beginning and blossomed at the end with its full meaning (I just had to work the flower metaphor in there because of the picture ). The hopefulness really worked with the child image. Speaking of children, the girl in your avatar is absolutely adorable. Great write!
