SketchoPathic

Skech-oh-path-ik
muddy, thick, short and quick.

Ik- muddy, icky.
path- a way through.
oh- surprise.
sketch- brisk, vague, brief and un-detailed.

My life is sketchopathic, as is this poem.
I enjoy this, do you?
perhaps, in a sketchopathic lapse.

Dated 06/27/88...and she turned out
to be a sadomasochist.
One day the problems will knock at my door,
walk in and stomp me to the floor.
Then I'll get a real close view.

Well... I most definitley give you props for being down and dirty, raw and very creative. I found it to be a bit erratic but it works because the message in the poem isn't the most romantic or anything. So nice job.

    OMG!

this is truly an original piece, with a lot of what i would think is your personality, as the author, sometimes such a personal thing is too hard to let others read, but you show strength of character by displaying this poem as you feel it is, not as others would look at it. though its meaning to you is most likely different than what i interpret, i see you are not like a book, but a journal...

Interesting in a wicked mad kind of way. Love the "funny farm" feel this one gives, but that is what this reader interprets. Ingeniously profound.

Very interesting, and left me thinking - as a good poem should do. This is very unique and something only you perhaps could write.

I like what you have done here, with your words.

This was good. The kind of stuff that I like. The lack of detail didn't lack at all. Keep on posting.

I'm born in 88 too. I suppose you could call us the crazy 88 then eh? This is nice but short. I'd prefer you to elaborate on how you got to become such a sketchopath as you describe. This had potential. Smiles. You brightened my day. Thankyou for entering.
