Judgement

The tide is high; the time is nigh

I hope that you have found your light

The darkness spreads and those who dread

scramble for what is just and right.

You've had your chance to dance your dance

and now you're caught without your pants

but will you scurry back to the night?

You can't hide from truth as it hides from you

Remember as you sulk; you're never out of sight

    Welcome to All Poetry

A really interesting piece. I found the rhyme inappropriate in places which made the piece a bit humourous. Not sure if that's what you intended. You have written much truth here. We can't hide from the light.
Nicely penned and a good title!
