I liked the imagery of this, you painted a really pretty picture that reminds me of soft fall days.

Prompt: A piece of mine that I like: Take it where you will.

    Gone With The Wind

    the wind caught her skirt
    tossing it wildly,
    casting long shadows,
    on dew kissed grass

    dainty undergarments
    whispering softly,
    beckoning
    come hither

    emotions lay tangled,
    beneath a crisp
    linen shirt
    arms searching

    pulling the fabric
    towards me,
    to bury my face
    in her scent

    intoxicating
    was the touch
    until I felt
    emptiness

    tears floating in eyes,
    staring at your clothes,
    draped from the line
    instead of
    your body

    for you had flown
    upon the wind
    your garments
    now soaring,

    behind you...
