The Flaw

I look in the mirror,
Trying to find it.
I’m so ugly.
I look at my features
And can find no flaw.
I may be heavier than I’d like,
But I’m not fat.
My nose is broad,
Yet not unattractive.
My head is small for my shoulders,
But with the right hair style…
My hair is a beautiful shade.
I’ve always loved it,
Yet now it seems so lifeless.
I can find no life
In the blue eyes either.
No joy, only two pits of emptiness.
Now I can see it.
It’s not the outside,
But the inside.
I’ve found the flaw.
