Flesh of my flesh you are no more.
From my body you were torn.
Sharing my blood the air I breath.
From the first day that I conceived.
Growing in side not asking much.
Hoping some day for a human touch.
Not much to ask from a mother .
Who gave you life with another.
Why did this Little one have to suffer.
The seed that was planted with love.
Has now gone to be with God above.
Life so precious that it cant stay.
Left behind a broken hearted mother today.

I have miscarried also, and had to have a d&C. I had an early miscarriage, but it was still a quiet journey of sadness. I can relate to this piece. Well written.
