On a dark stormy night
sailoring the seven seas
The was a storm brewing
the waves crashing against the bow
I was frightened so scared and powerless
Thought i would never see my true love again
The wind was whaling her name over and over
I started to think the hurt and pain my loss will cause
Im so selfish and tottaly to blame
At this point i looked up and seen the moon in the sky
smiling with a twinkle in its eye
I took a deep breath and became more calm
The was a face in the moon a face i knew my love my hayley
her smile sent a thousand protective shields over me as all became calm
I knew i was not alone on this jurney no more
Seven nights later i finally reached shore
Its now a year on and im wishen i dream this nightmare no more
so close to loss but regained hope to treasure for evermore
from this day to the next i thank that cheekey smiling moon
which carried me home into the most amazing warm loving arms
This was my second chance which i will always be greatfull for
thankyou mrs smiling blue moon

This is good. I like the story you told. There are a few spelling and grammatical errors but nothing that's too distracting. Thanks for your entry.
