Clouds

She even loves the rain

                  { falling across open lips
                              to shimmer against her skin }

glimpsing colour through droplets

                  { paused across her eyelashes,
                              blinking for diamonds on delicate petals }

as even darkness sparkles

                  { in the moonlight
                              when she smiles }

and the clouds breathe laughter in.
