Made worse when you’re sure they do to?
Long for there voice, their skin, their hands
Every sweet savoured stolen moment
Of almost clandestine tenderness
Where it feels like its just you in the world

Then when you know it cannot be
Due to morals or circumstances
And what friendship you had
The only way you felt close
The bond has too be severed

You ache and yearn and long
Day dream and fantasise
Wish it could be so
Then feel guilt because it can’t
