What is this word called HURT
why must we feel hurt to undrstand hurt
why must we hurt others because we are hurt
why does hurt never stop hurting
hurt is a powerful word in my dictionary
as I try to lose hurt
it keeps finding me
I hurt when I breathe
I hurt when I sleep
Hurt is the abundance of my life
never to be buried
always exhaulted
following my every dream
can someone take this burden called hurt
and give me a different word to live with.

This is a tender subject for everyone because no matter how each of us hurts... we all do. However, be warned that repetition is a delicate tool that can either mold your poem into something gracefully intriguing or slice it up into a cliche mess of mediocrity.
