Love written in our hearts and in poetry never dies. A lovely take on the contest theme. This one lingers in my eyes. Thank you for this entry.

This is lovely and a very creative take on the contest theme. "poetry makes love to poetry..." because of the love given by a lover's breath..but the memories live on in and through poetry... Lovely...almost like a canon song. We are indeed sculpted by those that touch us. Lovely brevity to this poem without losing impact. Thank you so much for this entry.

Worded strings spun round a memory,
    a knot around each sense...

the way they looked, they smelled, they felt
I've felt each new day since...
    I've tasted fledging personalities,
their love of life so sweet

but hearing that "I love you mommy"
makes each poem, page and moment so complete!

A terrific poem and a glimpse into you I like these kinds of contest because everyone is differnt and in the light of crativity, people show those underworkings that make them unique in thought, everyone sees something different, it just depends on how deep they are looking

Sending s and all the best wishes to you...
