Black and white
On summer’s night
To blend with light and shadow
Moon is bright
Against dark night
She sparkles in the hallow
Catching dust
Of star-lit lust'
She blends against the marble
In gardens brushed
With jasmine crushed
And nightingales a warble
Moonlight dappled
Eyes shine appled
She skims across the leaves
Black leaves rippled
White light stippled
She’s carried on a breeze
Black and white
On summer’s night
To blend in moon bathed trees
