I know that you,
had to leave,
I understand these things.
You had to go,
I know, I know,
but why on this day?
I know you were sick,
you had mental problems,
I understand.
You had to leave,
in the worst way,
horrifying my soul.
You had to commit,
a suicide,
I understand.
What am I saying?
I don't understand,
you had to leave me!
Why did you leave me,
behind in the dust,
I need to know!
You had to go,
but why now,
I don't understand!
Why, oh why,
did you have to leave,
couldn't you have waited?
You had to leave me,
I didn't want you,
to go forever.
I'll never see you again,
Why did you have to go?
Why did you leave me?
I'm being stupid,
I know, I know,
but I need to know!
Did you hate me?
was that why you left?
or did you think we hated you?
What happened,
to those special times,
when we went teddy bear hunting?
In the woods we would hunt,
and search for hours,
for those teddy bears?
You left me,
I know you had to,
I understand...
Author notes
this is something I had to get out. I miss him so much. I won't say his name 'cause I just wont.

well explained views . . .
A very interesting and understandable poem - it follows along much of my thinking in my poem on suicide 'The ones they leave behind'
Albert.
