I felt a whisper,
a scent of jasmine
as feathers found me
in flutter of friendship
awakening my heart.
Since that day,
my tears never fall,
dried by compassion
of a spirit, wondrous
as the stars I pray upon.
It is rare to stumble
upon such a lovely flower
in this garden we call life,
and so I wish to give thanks
to my Heavenly Father
for blessing all of my days
with her radiant smile.
To my dear friend, Jazzy

Someone who is always there for me no matter what is going on in her own life. She is a jewel and I am so blessed to have her as a dearest friend.
