Folds of shame droop with self pity
her face hidden under tresses of despair.
A Venus of lustful cravings she could not deny,
now her blotted spirit awaits the verdict.
Yet her own torment scourges every fibre
for promises of devotion ring with hollow sounds.
Deceiving her soulmate she poses in despair,
poised on the brink of mind locked in anguish.
Turning away the milky white flesh
soured the moment she broke her vows.

By the title I expected a completely different ending. This was by far better than what I had anticipated. A powerful dark composition.
