rescue your soul from a world that is fleeting.
take out the color contacts and look at what is here.
the proof that you are living life consumed by doubt and fear.
stop looking for direction,
create it on your own.
design a picture from your heart,
and not one that's pattern sewn.

This poem definately represents the majority of soceity now days! Too many people try too hard to fit in and lose themselves in the process if they ever knew themselves at all! I particulary like the imagery used in the last two lines..."design a picture from your heart, and not one that's pattern sewn." The flow of this poem was flawless as well! Well done keep writing!
