A candle shed its life for us
slowly on tabletop
where hands touched, eyes met
an unspoken adoration
singly did vased rosebud smile
revealed a fragrant splendor
in closing space between
softly did lips and lives touch
in deep wells of meaning
slightly... from peaceful sleep
lovely whispers still fresh
skin still alive from your touch
writing something beautiful...for you

Such a wonderful serene and soothing quality about this poem...soft as candle light, a sligh touch of skin on skin. This is really something beautiful.
