Tears fall from my eyes
People tell me not to cry
But they cry when they are sad
So what right do they have to tell me not to cry
I screaming and crying over a lost
No one can even talk
I refuse to listen
I blame myself for what has transpired
Even though I wasn't there
My pillows and bedding are my only comfort
I will cry til I fall asleep
And they say that you shouldn't cry
That crying never solved anything
I don't really care
Because a good cry brings me out of despair
I cry for what I lost
You can't tell me not to
You may say that it isn't right
But you still cry when it is you who is hurt
So let me cry
Let me cry all night
By morning I will be alright
They say crying doesn't solve a thing
Well what do they know anyways

Nothing to be ashamed of. To me it can be a healer & only those so cold do not evr shed a tear. Cry and the smile young lady -
Tears
No shame in a good cry once in awhile. It shows the human side. Perhaps if more cried there would be less hate in this world
