Magnetic Poles

Your eyes, inspiring
Your touch, desiring
Your heart, Im craving
Your love, im slaving
Your voice, im consuming
Its you, Im persuing

I want you now
I want you here
I ask myself how
Its something i fear

This emtiness inside
Its usually here
It runs and hides
when you are near
You are my north
As i am south
And magnetic poles NEVER die out

Author notes

Just about a guy i used to be like in love with Lol

Wow. Yes. A very strong comparison you have here, Ms. Ashley. I loved this poem...the raw emotion behind it, almost as if one is quite obsessed with being in love with another. A good piece. Great job.
