Slowly everything evaporates into the air,
My mind begins to swirl and I float away.
My thoughts blurred by another fine line,
Off perfect white powder sitting on the table.
My body begins rushing as I roll up the bill,
Preparing myself for the high about to begin.
It's amazing how my problems can disapper in an instant,
It's amazing how I'll take any escape I can find.
Another drug addict tossed away by society,
It's easier to ignore and reject than to accept.
Take me to another land far away,
Help me never have to return to my reality.
As the powder burns my nose I smile,
Knowing in a few instant it will be over.
I'll have to find more money to go up,
Always searching for that ultimate never ending high.
