Trying to be better than others he waits and watches, listens and learns.
This man is so proud of them he does not want them to know know who he he is.
He wishes for their friendship, their handshakes, their hugs.
He wants not trophy, placard, or award.
He wants to be the one always invited.
He does not care about money or fame.
All he wants is to be in the game.
Welcome him in and encourage him please.
Someday soon he will be next to you.
Then you will know what it is like to be next to someone in search of excellence.
