Extracting every sensation of longing and need
Rescuing from fear, fighting with a desperate greed
I hold your body close to mine
Captivated by the joy, drunk off the wine
I finally know, all these things are true…
Listening to our steady breathing, together as one
Opening up to this deeper elation not easily undone
Visions of your perfection, never leaving my mind
Each day that passes, closer we become intertwined
Yet, finally accepting feeling as I do
Oh please just know that these things are true

This is a good acrostic. Comes across as very natural and lets the emotion flow well without having to stifle it to fit the form.
