I put myself out to help, ‘cause I care.
Words of wisdom, life experiences shared.
Does what I do truly touch peoples hearts?
Am I making a difference? I hope it’s a start.
Come to me when you need a friend,
I will be there for you ‘til my end.
Need and ear or a comforting word,
I will do my best, rest assured.
Compassions in my nature, love flows free
Just please don’t take advantage and hurt me.
If so that is where we must part
I have to be the one to protect my heart.

It all has said already....
As the title suggests everything has already been said, but the emotion invoked in this piece exceeds in not the simple this and this, it becomes more the than. Overall well done and like you say to my work, keep up the good work.
The last line really shows a strong meaningful ending and really comes full circle so to speak.
