Wishing Again

Sitting here crying
The flowers you gave me dying

The moon and sun collide
My world has become nothing

You were my everything
And then you left

The flowers are dying
And I keep wishing

I'm wishing for you too come back
Come back home to me love

I know you won't
But I continue to wish

Wishing again
For that special time

Wishing again
Good bye

Oh my God this is so good! THIS, my dear, is deffinately my favorite of your poems. And it's very relatible. Or was anyway lol. But this is so sad, yet so very good. I love this. Deffinately one you should have bragging rights too.

I like the potency of the image of the sun and moon colliding... that's powerful as is the flowers dying within her grasp as the one loves departs. Very nice thoughts flow here. Thank you for taking the time to enter my contest and good luck!
