youll only notice when im no longer there
i wont be there when you need me the most
youll look back and only see a ghost
a ghost of what once could have been real
id give you my heart, you wouldnt have to steal
but no you had to let me go
do know you know you will never know
what i felt when i looked upon your face
how each and every one of your kisses had a certain taste
how i died every time you cried
how your smile made it worth the while
how your voice was my song of choice
and how your touch made me hurt so much
i wanted to cry every time i kissed you
i wanted to die when we said godbye
i hate the way i loved you
i hate the way i lost you
even though i never really had you
i wish for a day you could see you through my eyes
then you would know why they tear up inside
because wile everyone hates and discriminates i sit here an procrastinate on how to make you love me the way i do you
but i know it will never happen because i knwo you dont love me
but i wish i could do something to just make you see me
see how many scars your words can leave
and all i wanted to do is make you believe
i love you like no one else will
and yet you walk away form me still
im sorry for my imperfections but that makes me me
and if you would just open your eyes you would see
your actions sway on verge of love or hate:
but you will never know how much i love you untill its too late

there are so many parts i love about this intese and deep poem.....
i agree with you that love can only bring turment and make you lose your senses..!!!

Definately deserved a higher ranking than a bronze trophy, I think. This is amazing. I am, no joke, crying. It is exactly how im feeling at the moment towards a guy I got close to, but he doesn't want a relationship. Thank you for expressing this, atleast now I know im not alone. Thanks again.. x

I love it.... very well done. Love does kill slowly. It takes time to get over things. And even time doesn't heal it and either way you will get your heart torn apart over and over again. Its something you can either numb or allow to feel. Watch your heart love... because there are many people out there that are good at convincing they love you truly.

was sweet of you. one suggestion...read over your poem before you add it...there were quite a few spelling errors where letters were swapped around etc. a minor thing but it effects the flow as you read it ok?
