a gossamer night of the palest moon
where shadows gather in silent regard
beneath the lilt of the autumn stars
where silvery boughs are silhouettes
a zephyr breeze darts between the leaves
that shiver with each wind borne kiss
as angels gaze with deep intent
lost in thoughts of eternity
where echoes linger before they fade
'twixt moon shadows and beams
of this salient moon
that illuminate those haloes
hidden in boughs
of shadow
and
brooding madness...

They're Everywhere!
Beautiful, as always. LOve the way you take words and twist them into beautiful metaphors. This prewrite certainly fits the given prompt, so beautifully! Thank you so much for entering, and best wishes.
