a sweet cliche, my curios kiss
elaborate, to be taken back
so generously I share this gift,
in eager showers, bric-a-brac
of lisps and sighs, this trinket kiss
my Valentine
.
my kurios kus,'n soet cliché
om terug te neem, oordrewe gegee
vrygewig deel ek soentjies mee
gretige stortvloed, veerligvry
lispel en sug, tierlantyntjie myn
my Valentyn

Awwww, what a sweet write.

My grandmother used to call those 'friendship kisses' yankee dimes. Where she got the expression heaven only knows. The poem and picture is just 'cute as a button'. Another of her favorite sayings. Good luck in the contest.
Sincerely,
Leo Long
