she can feel the raw power
and for a moment she can pretend
this is her that is ripping the shudders from windows
the trees from the ground, the signs from the post
a lover of natural disasters and storms and rain
she can feel the wind ripping around her
tugging at her tight leather clothes
the lightning that flashes
she dances beneath it
threatening it and teasing it
feeling a rush of power knowing
that no matter how many times
she feels the rain pelting her body
the wind pulling her clothes
it will never be enough
this emotion cannot be decribed through words
for a word has not been created to describe the
way it feels when it rains
the way she feels when she knows
that no matter what happens
she will always have a little bit of chaos
in her perfectly formed life

the way she feels when she knows

alittle bit a chaos in a life keeps it real i feel, these last few lines made the poem, I felt alot tenderness, some sorrow yet over the poem carried itself well, each line added and made a wonderful piece of reading, good luck in this contest, enjoyed reading your poem.
