slithering through my Veins,
like these ribbons bashing in my brains.
It's such a small delight
with disastrous consequences.
Even I will admit,
defeat when I see it so clear.
Yet this temptation Keeps on Scratching at me,
Filling me up with such a damnable hate.
Passion is the fashion
in this deadly affair
I could ruin our lives
in these bonds of sensuality.
and this passion is a bashing
on reality's head
So close to killing my fragile
consciousness dead.
Temptation is killing me.

and now it's Crashing over me,
swept up by carelessness in crimson currents.
Beating away
this black and white-dyed red
bed sheet hanging above my head.
Your are the catalyst,
yet you claim the restraint,
while I'm trapt in this deadly haze.
can't you,
hold me at bay?
or am I
to much to soon?
We know, it can't happen,
so why is this happening,
i want this to be happening.

I dunno. Just kinda went with it. Temptation was a great prompt. It's in that limbo area between Song and A chorus with words XDDDD

This does sound a lot like a song, and would work as that. You might check the spelling in some places too.

I liked the picture of the "temptation scratching at me" This actually prompted me to read with music in my head so I think it could be worked into a song lyric that would be very impressive.

I like the title. Too much fashion whoring going on these days, definitely. Do your author's notes mean this is a song?
A lot of bashing and crashing but perhaps as a song it might work.
