Advice

List the reasons you hate
And note how ridiculous you are

Gorge on your super-sized Crappy Meal
And clog up court dockets along with your arteries
Ignorance pays well

Drive your pointlessly huge SUV's
And gape at rising gas prices
Never stopping to think about who controls all of that

Pepper your foreign cars with American flags
And feel proud that you serve your country so well
Even though you're alive and safe and comfortable
While others die far away for you, and you, and you, and you,
Just because they have to follow orders
Just like the Nazis did

Salute when you see a businessman wear a tailored flight suit
And be comforted with a warm gushy feeling
That yes, yes, yes! we are so cool and mighty
And can do whatever we damn well please.

Become the new Torquemada, spearhead the new Inquisition,
Impose silly little Sunday drinking rules
Upon those who don't really care what you believe
Even though your savior turned water into wine
Just for a party, a freaking party, my brothers and sisters!

Always remember that the world is one giant Jenga game,
Piling corpses upon enemy corpses,
A lunatic twisted King of the Hill,
Who ever piles more on is the winner!

Very good rant, you've touched on some important issues here. I enjoyed the originality of this, nicely done,

Ishmael was Abraham's son, but the reference to the Inquisition I made wasn't directed at us attacking the Middle East; I was talking about how the Moral Majority always seems to want to impose their own beliefs upon everyone here at home. What do you mean I can't drink on Sunday?

    Interesting perceptions my friend!

    Are We the
    new inquistion?
    Did WE bomb their people
in a *so called holy war*
    where some that aren't ratical
    say that Mohammed
    means peace...
    Weren't Abraham & Ishmal brothers?
Doesn't all faiths promote love and caring?
Or am I (as an American)

missing a part of the puzzle?
    yes... war is never wanted!!!!
But how long must WE turn the other cheek
    while others attack our nation?
    True...
sometimes we do live in blindness
    while others live in poverty....
    But is that the reason
for biting the hand that feeds you?
(just a different point of view)
