Unseen Unheard Unknown

There is blood on my walls
Dead silent drying tears
Released from my heart
Broken down and alien
Bleeding out my emotions

I cannot take these feelings anymore
I have forgotten how or what is love
Another day has passed and I am empty
I won’t reach out anymore just turn away
And take this kitchen knife to my heart
Dig this pathetic lump out of my chest
And crush it underfoot till nothing remains

Notice the blood and walk away
They see my sins painted in plain sight
But are blind to my pain
Deaf to my screams
