Which wrap me within embraces so tightly
As my mouth whispers soft words so lightly
Peace comes from knowing she loves me tonight
My darling spirits ill winds far away
Replacing bitterness with her touch
My devotions do not amount to much
Compared with all the treasure she deserves
Does she know how much I love her?
Can she see it within these brown eyes?
This heart for her I can not disguise
I am so happy that she is mine
