Secluded sanctuary
overlooking Earth,
crystal trickling waters
flow gracefully.
Soothing colors
flutter through the
night sky creating
luminous patterns.
Dolphins dance to
harmonious symphonies
of the stars.
Leaping high over
majestic waters.
Splashing playfully
amidst shooting stars
and cratered moons.
Singing echoes
for all to hear, across
radiant galaxies afar.

I think this part would read better as:

Though that would cut on the exact condensed form you seem to be using, it does read better. Or you could have it:
"flutter through
the night sky
creating luminous
patterns."
Just a suggestion.

I felt there should have been a break between these two lines, to start a new verse.
