I see you, your eyes so full of hatred,
I feel my heart crumble as you touch my arm,
I pull away, unsure of who you really are,
It doesn't matter anymore, I say
Nothing ever materred, not even now,
You turn away, slowly walking into my Nightmares,
But I really wanted you to stay, I think
Is this the heartbreak I feel?
I grab your arm but you shrug it off,
Mimicking my voice to perfection,
It doesn't matter, you mutter
And that breaks my heart,
Your Coldness,
Your Emptiness
As I walk alone in the dark.
