It has happened oh so fast,
summer here and gone as days
are shorter and do not linger on.
A patch of blue but mostly gray,
how I wish the warmth to stay.
Cold sets in and days are dark,
I want to hold onto the light.
It keeps me in the mood of gay,
walks in parks and sun to bathe.
Hold within a moment the sun
that does shine, hold to the
summer as it says goodbye.
For a moment as days turn cold,
let the rays warm my face
as she breaks the chill of fall.

Sis this is amazing. I love how well it goes with the picture. Summer is approaching here and today was beautiful and it's slowly coming round. I love the summer.

Moment perfect captured with soft, dreamy, longing feelings expressed out with your words. Poetry, that is...
