This was such a warm poem. My favorite lines are

I get the feeling that you will hold on very tight to this love.
Just remember that we all need some time to breath, just like a butterfly you cant hold it too tight or else it will die.

Very well written. Your feelings surface and carry the emotional force behind your words. A touching and eloquent way to approach feelings of love.
